Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Our customer service team can verify specific delivery availability for your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All orders come with tracking information. For Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx, you’ll receive detailed tracking. For Free Shipping via EMS, basic tracking is available.

Returns & Exchanges
