Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95 (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium bedding purchase. If you’re not happy with your sheets, comforters, or other bedding products, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy Details:

  • Timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return)
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (we recommend using a trackable shipping service)

Important Hygiene Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bed Pillows and Pillowcases unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other bedding products may be returned within the 15-day window.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your bedding for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your package to:

  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you when we receive and process your return.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bedding arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S., you are responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs. We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for returns.
