We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect shipments immediately. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected] with photos.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

• Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached
• Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, bed pillows and pillowcases cannot be returned unless damaged/defective
• Process: Email us within 15 days for return authorization
• Shipping: Customer responsibility (use trackable service)

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return, credited to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5.3 Exchanges

We’ll exchange items for different sizes, colors, or styles (subject to availability). We cover shipping costs for replacement items.
